تحترم سندك خصوصية عملائها، وتوضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه ("السياسة") كيفية جمع بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لمنصة سندك (الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيق). باستخدامك للمنصة فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام بياناتك وفق ما هو موضح في هذه السياسة.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الهوية والتواصل: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني.
- بيانات العنوان: رقم المنطقة والشارع والمبنى (عند إدخالها اختياريًا).
- بيانات السيارة: نوع السيارة وفئتها وسنة الصنع، رقم اللوحة، رقم الشاصية، وصور استمارة السيارة عند الحاجة (كخدمة تجديد الاستمارة).
- بيانات الخدمة: تفاصيل الحجوزات وأوامر الشغل والفواتير وسجل المدفوعات.
- الصور: أي صورة يرفعها العميل عبر الكاميرا أو مكتبة الصور (كصورة استمارة السيارة أو إيصال دفع).
- بيانات الموقع: لا تجمع سندك موقع جهاز العميل؛ تُستخدم الخرائط داخل التطبيق فقط لعرض موقع سائق سندك أثناء استلام أو توصيل السيارة.
- بيانات الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات (Push Token) لإرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب، ونوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل لأغراض تقنية.
- التوقيع الإلكتروني: عند موافقتك على عروض الأسعار أو تفويضات الخدمات (مثل خدمة تجديد الاستمارة)، تُحفظ صورة توقيعك الإلكتروني كجزء من سجل الموافقة.
٢. لماذا نجمع هذه البيانات
نستخدم بياناتك من أجل:
- تنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة (حجز موعد، فتح أمر شغل، تنفيذ الصيانة أو الإصلاح، تجديد استمارة السيارة).
- التواصل معك بخصوص حالة طلبك (عبر إشعارات أو رسائل).
- إصدار الفواتير ومعالجة المدفوعات.
- تحسين جودة خدماتنا.
- الامتثال لالتزاماتنا القانونية (مثل التعامل مع الإدارة العامة للمرور بموجب تفويضك الصريح في خدمة تجديد الاستمارة).
٣. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف أخرى
لا تبيع سندك بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. قد تتم مشاركة بيانات محددة فقط في الحالات التالية:
- مع الإدارة العامة للمرور بدولة قطر، حصرًا في حدود تفويضك الصريح لخدمة تجديد استمارة السيارة.
- مع شركة التأمين المعنية، في حالة اختيارك لخدمة تجديد الاستمارة وتطلب الأمر تأمين المركبة.
- مع مزودي الخدمات التقنية الذين نستعين بهم لتشغيل المنصة (مثل استضافة قواعد البيانات وخدمات الإشعارات)، وذلك فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة ووفق التزامات تعاقدية بالحفاظ على سرية البيانات.
- إذا أُلزمنا بذلك بموجب القانون أو أمر قضائي صادر عن جهة مختصة في دولة قطر.
٤. حماية البيانات
تتخذ سندك إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقد أو سوء الاستخدام. يقتصر وصول موظفي سندك إلى بياناتك على ما تستلزمه طبيعة عملهم فقط.
٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تحتفظ سندك ببياناتك طوال مدة استخدامك للمنصة، وللمدة الإضافية اللازمة قانونيًا بعد ذلك (لأغراض محاسبية أو ضريبية أو لتسوية أي نزاع محتمل)، ثم يتم حذفها أو إخفاء هويتها بشكل آمن.

وفق القانون رقم (13) لسنة 2016 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر، يحق لك:
- الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية المحفوظة لدينا.
- طلب تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
- الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك في حالات معينة.
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك، مع مراعاة أي التزامات قانونية تستوجب الاحتفاظ بسجلات معينة لمدة محددة.

٧. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

٨. خصوصية القُصَّر
منصة سندك مخصصة لتقديم خدمات لأصحاب السيارات البالغين، ولا تستهدف عمدًا جمع بيانات من الأطفال دون سن الرشد القانوني.

SNDK respects its customers' privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use the SNDK Platform (the website and the mobile app). By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this Policy.
1. Data We Collect
- Identity & contact data: name, mobile number, email.
- Address data: zone, street and building number (when optionally entered).
- Car data: make, category and year, plate number, chassis number, and registration-card photos where needed (e.g. the registration renewal service).
- Service data: booking details, job cards, invoices and payment history.
- Photos: any image the Customer uploads via camera or photo library (e.g. a registration card or a payment receipt).
- Location data: SNDK does not collect the Customer's own device location; in-app maps are only used to show SNDK's driver location while picking up or delivering the car.
- Device data: a push-notification token to send order-status alerts, plus device type/OS for technical purposes.
- Electronic signature: when you approve a quotation or a service authorization (e.g. the registration renewal service), an image of your e-signature is kept as part of that approval record.
2. Why We Collect It
We use your data to:
- Carry out the requested service (booking, opening a job card, maintenance/repair, registration renewal).
- Communicate with you about your order status (via notifications or messages).
- Issue invoices and process payments.
- Improve the quality of our services.
- Comply with our legal obligations (such as dealing with the Traffic Department under your explicit authorization for the registration renewal service).
3. Sharing Data With Others
SNDK never sells your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Specific data may only be shared in the following cases:
- With Qatar's Traffic Department, strictly within the limits of your explicit authorization for the registration renewal service.
- With the relevant insurance company, if you chose the registration renewal service and vehicle insurance is required.
- With the technical service providers we rely on to run the Platform (such as database hosting and notification services), only to the extent needed to deliver the service and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- If required to do so by law or a court order from a competent authority in the State of Qatar.
4. Data Protection
SNDK takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. SNDK staff access to your data is limited to what their role actually requires.
5. Data Retention
SNDK retains your data for as long as you use the Platform, plus any further period legally required afterward (for accounting, tax, or potential dispute purposes), after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law No. (13) of 2016, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any inaccurate data.
- Object to the processing of your data in certain cases.
